The Fraxel Dual Laser is the latest and most effective improvement in laser therapy for the treatment of bothersome brown spots. Fraxel Dual is a quick, easy, and painless laser skin rejuvenation safely performed in the office. Downtime is minimal involving 2 to 3 days of redness and swelling followed by another 4 to 7 days of peeling (like after one of those early summer sun burns when we were sun worshipping teens). The face, neck, chest, hands, and any other area of the body can be treated. The laser is 25% faster than previous technologies.
