We often have patients to come and see us from out of town, and the common question is ‘when can I fly after the procedure’. For rhinoplasty, we like to see patients for atleast a week after procedure; and I have had patients fly as soon as 5 days.
For most procedures, we actually prefer the patients to wait 10-14 days before they fly, particularly after rhinoplasty, face lifts; After eye surgery, they can probably fly sooner, may be after one week.
