One of the nicest aspects of ultherapy is that you can combine it with other therapies to get even better results. One of the things we love doing is adding volume to patient’s face with sculptra, either before, during or after ultherapy. You are able to combine the increased volume throughout the face with the tightening and the lifting aspects of ultherapy. Another really nice aspect of combining ultherapy with other treatment is ultherapy works at lower levels and some of our lasers work at more superficial levels. So, in some patients, we might have brown or wrinkled skin, as well as loose skin; we are able to treat them at the same sitting, first with ultherapy to get the lifting and tightening effect, and then, follow that at the same time with a Fraxel Dual laser which is more superficial and takes care of fine lines and brown spots.
