The absolute ideal patient is the patient who is beginning to see the early signs of aging; which are development of early jallow; a little bit of laxity in the skin in the neck; and perhaps a little loss of volume in the mid cheek area. Those patients when treated with ultherapy at Encino, Los Angeles, Ca, actually look remarkable as we erase the signs of early aging.
Somebody who begins early and maintains the ultherapy should be the absolute perfect candidate. On the other end of the spectrum, we have also treated some women in their 60s and even 70s; they are not the ideal candidates for ultherapy but certain patients, for one reason or the other, do not want surgeries or cannot have surgeries.
So probably to answer the question, what ages do we treat; we treat everybody from their early 20s to their late 70s. Probably the most common patient that we treat is in their 40s or 50s, and those patients have seen great results.
