Actual RealSelf Patient Comment:   Im 28, F. Always felt that may jawline is non defined- I believe this is due to 2 things: having a small chin and carrying excess fat in my lower face. I like my nose shape but feel that it looks overpronounced due tothis, my jaw line also appears square from a front profilw. For me this is issue is genetic, i am very active and simple weight loss has had no effect. I wish to achieve a more feminine and sharper jawline while not ageing myself as i have seen with some buccal fat removal cases.

Dr. Persky’s Reply:  I believe that your facial aesthetic goals can be achieved and maintained using injectable fillers. I would examine you in person and then we would make a plan to treat you in 3-4 sessions over the course of a year. We would begin from the top of your face during the first treatment session, then proceed inferiorly in subsequent sessions until your goal was achieved. The most important aspect for your success is making sure that you choose an expert injecting physician who has natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well!!!
