4 weeks post op Septorhinoplasty. Can I get my ears pierced after my Rhinoplasty?

I am almost 4 weeks post my septorhinoplasty, and I wanted to get my third and fourth ear lobe piercing. I was wondering if this should be avoided and if it will impact the healing process even though it is not around the nose.
