67 years old- Cheek crepiness & wrinkles, what can I do to improve this area? (Photos)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: 67 years of age & had a full face & neck lift with fat grafting to temples and cheeks & lower blepharoplasty. When I have a full smile or laugh I now have lines & crepiness on upper checks. The surgery was 5 months ago. What can I do to improve this area? I have more lines now after the surgery.
Dr. Persky’s Reply: I would treat you with Botox around your crow’s feet, and then a week or so later treat your peri-orbital area (around your eyes) with a Fraxel repair laser (fractionated CO2 laser). Radiofrequency micro-needling with PRP may also be helpful. Feel free to contact me with any further questions.
