Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: Age 60 4mo. s/p upper and lower bleph with residual malar depressions refractory to morpheous 8 , tca peel, at home laser. Concerned about risks with HA fillers. What treatment options are most efficacious with little or no downtime?
Dr. Persky’s Reply: If you do not wish to have hyaluronic acid fillers I would treat you with Sculptra and Ultherapy to correct your malar grooves.
