A.I would likely treat you with Profound RF after a consultation and examination. You should bring your x-rays to your consultation. The Profound RF micro-needles are deployed 1 to 2 mm beneath the skin. I would avoid insertions directly above the wires to be extra cautious. Good luck and be well.
