Are my expectations for rhinoplasty doable?

I’m planning on getting my rhinoplasty next year. These are the things I would like to fix, – my nose when I smile widens and appears to look “wide and flat” – remove the bump on my nose – my bridge is wide, I want something more feminine -when I turn to the side, my nose looks flat and isn’t as projected as I’d like. -overall my biggest concern is my wide nostrils when I smile. I just want a nose that fits my face. -would I need a chin implant? Is my procedure complicated?
