Are these festoons/malar mounds? I never had these before. I’m in my 20s and they make me look older. How to correct them?

Hi, I’m wondering what are the white hue “bags” under my eyes? They don’t feel puffy but are noticeable and make it look like I’ve got eye bags, especially under harsh light. I believe they appeared after I had tear through filler done some months ago. Could the filler be causing them or drawing more emphasis to them? Could it be fluid retention from filler? Would adding cheek filler help resolve this or should I dissolve the tear through filler altogether? Thanks!
A.It is likely the result of the filler that you have had placed. It depends on the type of filler injected as well as the amount and where it was placed.I would like to examine you in person to determine your best course. Sometimes filler is dissolved, sometimes filler is added, sometimes it is left alone. In some cases I use Ulttherapy to reduce the swelling and tighten the area.
