Best Injectable Fillers…Marionette lines. What are my options when fillers don’t work?

Besides a facelift….or Dao botox. What are my options? I have like 3-4 ( I can’t remember ) syringes in my Marionette lines and they are just not budging and now the area feels kind of heavy… are there any other options out there that I’m missing? I absolutely hate them… thanks
A: I would treat you with Profound RF to tighten and lift the area. 3 to 4 syringes of filler in the marionette area is a bit excessive and makes the lower third of your face heavy.
