RealSelf actual patient comment:

I have a straight, high bridge and am self conscious of my side profile. I cannot pinpoint what exactly I dislike because there is no visible bump but my profile looks imbalanced. It doesn’t look bad by any means but I would like to have a more slope to my nose instead of straight. Anything to enhance this? Is rhinoplasty worth it for my case? Seems extreme I guess. maybe something non surgical? Any advice or suggestions appreciated! Thank you!

A: Rhinoplasty is worth it when your nose bothers you enough to undergo a surgical change. I would. not recommend a “non-surgical” rhinoplasty with injectable fillers in your case. You can achieve your rhinoplasty aesthetic goals with a rhinoplasty by an expert rhinoplasty surgeon. I highly recommend Ari Hyman, MD as I have personally witnessed the meticulous work and beautifully natural results in his rhinoplasty patients. Dr. Hyman is not only an excellent rhinoplasty surgeon and physician, but is a true artist as well. The most important aspect of any aesthetic procedure, particularly rhinoplasty is choosing your surgeon very carefully based on their skill, training, experience, knowledge, and natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.
