Rhinoplasty has evolved over the years to where the surgery is more conservative, we consciously attempt to preserve more of your underlying bone, cartilage, and soft tissue. When I consult with a patient with your goals, we share a computer image of before and after, and then decide on the plan. Sometimes thinning and refining the tip is all that is needed, in other cases, small refinements of the rest of the nose is required for the best aesthetic outcome.
