Actual Real Self Patient Comment: I was hit by a vehicle as a child and have suffered from facial asymmetry as I’ve gotten older. I notice one side of my nose has a bump and the other side is flat. I’m not sure if this is some type of scar tissue or cartilage issue. Can it be corrected with closed rhinoplasty if it isn’t scar tissue? I had septoplasty earlier this year for breathing issues but the bump has been here since college.
