Can I get a fat graft to a narrow face?

A.Fat transfer grafting can restore volume to a thin face nicely. The problem is that fat grafting is unpredictable and is difficult to correct if there is a problem. I prefer to treat my non-surgical patients with more reliable facial fillers such as Sculptra and Voluma.
