Can you tell me please how Lanluma V differs from Sculptra?

Dr. Persky’s Reply: Lanluma V is Poly L-Lactic Acid (PLLA), as is Sculptra. Sculptra is the original product and has the longest track record of safety and efficiency. Lanluma V comes in vials of 210 mg and 360 mg, diluted in 15cc and 40 cc of saline respectively. Sculptra comes in 367.5 mg vials and is diluted in 6 to 20cc of saline depending on the area treated. Lanluma V is available outside of the USA. I personally have used Sculptra with excellent results without adverse reactions since 2009. Make sure to choose your injecting physician most carefully based on their skill, experience, and natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.
