Could my nose use surgery? Is the bump bad/ugly?

A.You have a very nice nose with a small bump on the profile. If it bothers you a lot then it is worth investigating rhinoplasty. I love operating on noses like yours as it is possible with just a few small internal incisions (closed approach rhinoplasty) to take down the bump with minimal other changes to the nose resulting in a beautifully natural nose. In your case it is most important to choose a rhinoplasty surgeon who will listen and understand what your aesthetic goals are, and who will honor your request without drastically changing your nose with an “obviously done” appearing rhinoplasty.
