Do I have the Tyndall effect? (Photo)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: I’ve been getting filler for years but the pigmentation under my eyes seems to have spread down Does this look like the Tyndall effect? How can I reverse it
Dr. Persky’s Reply: It is difficult to determine from the photo whether your pigmentation is from under eye filler. If it is filler related then the best way to treat it would be to dissolve the filler with Hylenex.
