Do I need to reduce the width of my nostrils by 2mm?

I would like a second opinion.I am planning on getting a rhino and septoplasty done to fix my deviated septum and reduce my dorsal hump. I am going for more of a straight side profile and I am wondering if I would need to get my nostrils reduced or brought closer by 2mm on each side or should I leave my nostrils as is? I am not sure.I was told that I don’t really need it but it can be done if I would like.
A. No, I do not believe that you need to have your nostrils reduced. You should be sure to choose your rhinoplasty surgeon most carefully after consulting with at least 3 rhinoplasty experts.
