Does a nose with lots of graft look fake in real life?

I need revision rhinoplasty. And it seems like I will need a lot of grafts, to project the tip, build the bridge and widen the nose as well. I am Caucasian male with regular skin. Based on the photos noses with grafts look fine, but I have never seen one in person. Do they appear fake? That is something that I cannot afford due to my work as senior manager in in thecompany.
