Does rhinoplasty affect a smile crease?

A.You have a beautiful smile, rhinoplasty should not have affect your smile once the immediate post-operative healing period is over. Sometimes during rhinoplast y the muscles that connect the nose to the lip are freed up to keep them from pulling down on the nose while it heals. Please make sure to discuss this with your rhinoplasty surgeon.
