Facial balancing advice needed (Photo)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: I am unhappy with my lower face area. I previously had prejowl and chin filler placed, dissolved the prejowl filler and I’m left with weird shadowing and peaks and valleys near the corners of my mouth. What are the best treatments for this? Do I need shadow filler? Or does my chin look inproportional and need some dissolving? Thank you in advance
Dr. Persky’s Reply: I would likely not dissolve your chin filler. I would examine you in person and then determine your best course of treatment. I would likely use a treatment of foundational Sculptra to support your upper 2/3’s of your face to bring your face back into proportion.
