Had Sculptra 10 years ago, lumps underneath my cheekbone. How can I break them up?
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: Had sculptra 10 years ago. Amazing stuff then after that was only filled with hyaluronic acid. Couldn’t understand why it never lasted. Fast forward to now my doctor recommended I have sculptra for sunken cheeks as the product had changed and no problems with the new solution. I now know that must be the lumps underneath my cheekbone. Never knew what they were. How can I break them up?

I have dissolved Sculptra “nodules” in patients from other injectors. A combination of saline, 5FU, and Kenalog injected directly into the “lumps” is performed every 3 weeks until they are no longer present. You should have an expert in Sculptra perform this for you.
