How can I get rid of or mask the wrinkle on my outer BOTTOM eyelid?

A.I agree with Dr. Martin, a neuromodulator (I prefer Dysport in this area) used properly will not affect your smile. Microneedling with microdosing of Restylane and Botox is helpful, as is micro needling with platelet rich plasma (PRP). The most aggressive and effective treatment would be fractionalCO2 laser but there is significant downtime. As with any aesthetic procedure it is important that you choose your treating physician carefully based on experience, knowledge, skill, and natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.
