Actual RealSelf Patient Comment:
Hello! I am looking to improve the symmetry of my face as well as make some improvements overall. I am likely going to get a forehead reduction with a brow lift, which should help the most. I have already had ptosis surgery since this photo was taken and that corresponding brow has lowered properly due to it. However, I feel my face also has little fat on it and no forward growth of the mid face and brow area/forehead. I feel I look too young for my age. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks 🙂

Dr. P Answer: Hi T,
First things first, you look great! “Looking too young for my age” is something that we do not hear often in our office! Everyone’s face is a little asymmetric, the two halves of the face are not “identical twins” rather they are “siblings.” I would use a combination of Sculptra and perhaps other non-surgical modalities to correct your facial asymmetry. I would not advise surgical forehead reductionb and brow lifting at this time as I feel that you risk ruining your “natural beauty” and becoming “plastically unnatural.” Don’t ruin a good thing! Please feel free to contact my office with any further questions, concerns, or to schedule your complimentary consultation. Good luck and be well.
