Actual RealSelf Patient Comment:
I have inherited downturned hooded eyes and I’m becoming more and more insecure about it. My hood crease goes past the corner of my eye, so I can’t even apply the eyeliner the way I want it. There are two things I would like to address: droopy eyelids and downturned appearance of my eyes. Do I need a blepharoplasty or some sort of a brow lift for droopy eyelids? Is lateral canthoplasty what I need for the corners of my eyes? Thanks in advance!
