Hello, I have really bad under eye bags and was interested in getting under eye fillers. I was wondering if this is a procedure that would work for me. I am 43 years old. I hate the fact of always looking so tired. Also, is there and approx. of how many cc’s go into each eye? Sorry so many questions. Thanks in advance.

With 4 children it is no wonder that you eyes look a little tired. There are surgical and non-surgical procedures to correct your concerns. The surgical treatments included blepharoplasty and fat transfer/re-positioning. Non-surgically I would treat you with Voluma and Restylane to fill the “valley” hollows under your eyes to hide the fat pads. I would estimate 1 to 2 syringes of Voluma and 1 to 2 syringes of Restylane to correct your hollowness. The results should last you about 18 to 24 months, and even if you let it go without further maintenance, the fillers do stimulate some of your own collagen production so that you should have less hollowing. This area is extremely delicate, challenging to treat, and unforgiving, therefore make sure that you choose your treating injecting physician most carefully.
