I am really insecure about my face profile! Which surgery do you I should do to improve it?

A.First of all your face is not ugly!!! I believe that on profile your chin is small which gives the impression that your jawline is proportionally short for your face. I would consider a conservative chin implant with or without a little liposuction of your neck at the same time. The lateral edge of your nostril is slightly elevated and could be addressed as well with either a cartilage graft or filler. Make sure to choose your treating surgeon most carefully based on their skill, experience, knowledge, and most importantly their natural artistic vision. Good luck and be well.
