I had a Profound treatment done almost three weeks ago. Is it normal for my jawline to be numb and sore?

I also have soreness and numbness in my neck. Area under chin feels kind of jiggly and is still swollen. Does my healing fall within the normal time range for this procedure? The treatment focused on my lower face/jawline and neck.
A.It is always best to address questions and concerns about a procedure that you have had to your treating physician. In general, patients may have some numbness and fullness for a few weeks after Profound RF treatment. If your “double chin” area was treated to reduce fat then it is common to have some “jiggly” for a few weeks.Please contact your treating physician for follow up. Good luck and be well.
