I want to get fillers for under eye bags. Some days my eyes are worse than others. Will this happen after fillers?

I have under eye bags ,and hollow line ,I’m wanting to get fillers, my issue or question Is ,some days they are worse then others so what happens after I get the filler and they do this ? Dose it look worse or what ? Its probably a strange question but they are not always as puffy as other days . So I’m really curious after my juvaderm filler and its one of those days they seem more puffy how will it look.
