Is it normal to be very itchy after Profound?

I had the profound treatment on my lower butt and thighs 9 days ago and I am very very itchy. The skin is completely healed and all the bruising is gone, but the itch! Is this normal?
A.It is best to contact yourtreating physician when experiencing any untoward reaction after a treatment. Most patients are not severely itchy after Profound. Most likely an oral antihistamine for a day or two will take care of the problem. Good luck and be well.
