Is it possible to correct this area above my lip with a rhinoplasty?

There’s a slant above my upper lip and below my nose. I have searched for before and after photos for someone that has the same thing as I do and I have not found one single piece of evidence that shows me it can be done. My jaw surgeon recommends a rhinoplasty instead of re-doing the double jaw surgery. Is it actually possible to correct this issue with a rhinoplasty?
