Is it possible to inject the area under the apples like the lateral temporal cheeks? If so what filler should be used?

It is not really as much about the type of filler, rather it is the artistry, skill, and experience of the injecting physician whom you should choose carefully. I have used Voluma, Sculptra, and Restylane Lyft in this area. More filler would be used in your left cheek to address your asymmetry.
