Is it possible to remove my dimple?

I have an issue where my smile is affected by a dimple that I believe I acquired after getting a cortisone shot for a cyst years ago. The dimple causes a crease when I smile and makes one side of my face look heavier. I have posted this question before a while ago and never really got a straight answer, I’m really hoping there is a procedure to fix this because it makes me very self conscious.
