Is there something less aggressive to improve my slightly hooded eyes?
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment:
I’m 36 and a lot of people in my family eventually end up needing blepharoplasty later in life. My right eye is a lot more hooded than my left but I feel like eyelid surgery could be a bit too much at my age. Is there anything else I could try like thread lifts or Botox that would improve this? I feel like I look really tired or aged unless I’m wearing a lot of eye makeup.
Dr. Persky’s Reply: Yes, I would treat you with Botox to pharmacologically lift your blows. You may also benefit from a small amount of filler.
