Is this a typical upper blepharoplasty incision? I am concerned with excessive length.

I am almost 2 wks postop upper bleph & concerned that my incisions are very long (extending 1/2 in. outside my eyelid which is hard to hide). I thought that incision would be isolated to eyelid & I’m very concerned with scarring/future appearance. For reference, this eye did not have significant hooding (my other eye did but the incision is not quite as prominent on that eye although also a bit long). I know I have lots of healing left to do but wanted to get a consensus before returning to Dr.
A.Yes, your incision is normal length, not to worry, within a few more weeks the scar should be minimal, once your incision line color returns to normal skin color it will be very difficult to see. Good luck and be well.
