Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: Hi received jaw filler to try and help my slight sagging under my chin. I have done Rf microneedling multiple times and it wasn’t helping so jaw filler and platysma botox were recommended. It’s been a few months and when I chew it’s super lumpy on one side. Also when I open my jaw you can see the filler lines. Looking for suggestions on my next step. My doctor said it should just go down when I saw her after 2mo
