Liquid nose job or traditional rhinoplasty? Bothered bulbous tip of my nose as well as the slight hump.

I have been bothered by the bulbous tip of my nose as well as the slight hump for some time. I would like a more refined tip and a more narrow bridge. I am considering either a traditional rhinoplasty surgery but if I could get similar results with filler that would be my preference.
