My nose looks like it was punched to the side 10 days post op. What’s going on?

I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty 10 days ago. The goal was to straighten my nose, correct my very deviated septum, and straighten my nostrils. He had to rebreak my nose and also used grafts. My nose literally looks like it was punched in the opposite direction. I am freaking out. It appears to be even more distorted than it was presurgery. Any idea what may be going on. This looks absolutely terrible. What’s going on? Help!
A.Best to consult with rhinoplasty surgeon at this point. There is not anything to be done to your nose at such an early time after your surgery. If your concerns are still present in 6 to 12 months then you have your nose re-evaluated. Good luck and be well.
