My right eye is swelling, can you recommend a permanent solution?

My right eye has swelling underneath it, giving a marked look to my cheek. (Left cheek on selfies.) I’ve tried lots to get treat it: mid-face lift; lymphatic massage; filler in the “dip”; localalised vitamin injections; subcision with Nokor needles. Nothing seems to work. Do any amazing doctors have suggestions? I’m feeling rather depressed in being unable to fix this issue.
A. The swelling is from lymphatic fluid accumulation. I have treated patients with a combination of heat devices, Ultherapy, Profound RF, and fractionated CO2 laser. It is a difficult problem to solve, yet we have seen nice improvement. Good luck and be well.
