Safest filler for cheeks?
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: I react I hyaluronic acid fillers, systemic lettuce reactions and inflammation. I’m researching fat grafting but it looks like it’s very inconsistent and inflammatory. Sculptra and Radiesse lo look inflammatory. Is there my thing I can use?
Dr. Persky’s Reply: Not sure what you mean by systemic “lettuce” reactions. Do you mean systemic lupus? Fat grafting is unpredictable. We do not recommend Sculptra in patients with lupus.
