Sculptra Expert….Sculptra Overfilled. What can be done? (Photo)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: I received 2 vials of sculptra at the beginning of November. I’m way overfilled! I look like a rectangle and completely lost all my feminine features. I saw a plastic surgeon today who said all I can do is wait. I’m too scared to do 5FU injections. There has to be something else I can do. Is there?? The after photo is from a month ago so it’s not an accurate representation. My lower face is much wider now. Please help!!

Dr. Persky’s Reply: There are some things that can be done to help to balance your face and return your feminine features. It is important to have an in person evaluation to determine your best course. I agree that 5FU injections are not indicated at this point. You are now 5 months post injection, the Sculptra effect should be stable at this point and not increasing. Please feel free to contact me for either an in person or virtual consultation.
