Seeking input on treatment for sunspots on the face, any suggestions? (Photos)

From years in the sun, i now have sunspots on my face. Visits to dermatologists resulted in a variety of treatments (triluma + a mild peel, just triluma, other 4% hydroquninone creams, tretinoin cream (.05%). none did anything. no lasers yet. i’ve been told there r risks b/c of my skin tone. but maybe not? “Lasers” is a very broad topic, with multiple options. & there’s also microneedling. & the ZO products. & etc…b4 i make yet another appt, i’d appreciate some expert input.

You are a great candidate for Fraxel Dual laser treatments, likely a series of 2 to 3 over the course of 6 to 12 months. It should clean up the brown spots as well as helping with fine lines and wrinkles. Good luck and be well.
