Actual RealSelf Patient Comment:1. Should I wait between these treatments? if yes for how long and what treatment(s) would come first? If no, what’d be the sequence within that 1 session ie. TCA Cross – collagen stimulator – subcision (if needed) – Erbium.Also, is it OK to poke frosted area of TCA Cross with needle & subcision? 2. Radiesse or Sculptra , scars located on the apple of the cheek to sidetemple? 3. Does collagen stimulator yield a better outcome combined with subcision (especially for my scars)?
Dr. Persky’s Reply: The only treatments listed that I would not perform at the same time are the TCA Peel and Laser. I would treat you with subcision, Sculptra injection, and erbium laser at the same treatment session. Make sure to choose an expert in these treatments. Good luck and be well.
