Skin Boosting with Medi-Inject and Exosomes…What procedure would be best for tightening the area under my eyes? (Photos)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment:
I had a fractional laser tx about 4 months ago, including filler under my eyes. I am regularly treated with botox. As someone who is pretty fair I still have a significant amount of redness and continue to treat it with Alastin Skin Nectar. While there has been some improvements to the crepiness, there is still quite a bit of feathering/vertical wrinkling in the under eye area which I assume is due to volume loss. Should I continue to be patient or there other procedures I might consider?
Dr. Persky’s Answer: Since you have already had fractional laser treatment 4 months ago and the results continue to improve for 6 to 9 months I would not recommend further lasering at this time. If you did not have fractionated CO2 lasering then that is an option. At this point I would treat you with a skin boosting treatment where a mix of filler, PRP(plasma rich platelets), neuromodulator, and vitamin C are precisely injected into your skin at micro doses and very superficially with an automated hand-help injection device, Medi-Inject. At the conclusion of the treatment I would apply exosomes topically. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions, concerns, or to schedule your complimentary consultation. I look forward to meeting with you and the privilege of helping you achieve your facial aesthetic goals for many years to come. Good luck and be well.
