Tear troughs filled – I think it looks worse. Is it the wrong filler or placement? Advice?

Can someone advise on the problem here. I’ve gotten my tear trough filled for the first time on Saturday. 3 days ago. They don’t look any better and I think they could look worse. My dark circles seem darker. Could it be the wrong filler used or could it be an issue with placement? Please advise. Thanks
A.It appears that there is excess filler low on your right side. If it is still that way next week, I would let your injecting physician know about it. Depending on your trust, you may consider a consultation with another expert injecting physician. Good luck and be well.
