Visible ridges after tear trough filler – what should I do? (photos)
Actual RealSelf Patient Comment: After having restylene injected in my tear troughs I noticed I had quite a lumpy texture which I massaged and let settle over the weeks. I also noticed that my under eyes had an over filled look and there were visible ridges from some angles, especially in my right eye. Injector sees no problem and I hate the way it looks. I also have developed puffynes under my tear duct in my right eye too. I’m not sure what to do as my injector basically told me to get over it it’s not that bad

Dr. Persky’s Reply: Get a new expert injector! The excess restylane should be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Always choose your injecting physician carefully. Good luck and be well.
