Actual Real Self Patient Comment: Please have a look at my photos provided and let me know what are my options in getting a sharp well defined jaw line ? My surgeon said there isn’t much fat underneath that skin so he did not do liposuction , instead he did some thermal skin treatment and I am wearing a neck garnet now . Is there a better choice to achieve my goal ( non invasive or invasive ) ? Thank you
