Since EMSculpt stimulates muscles at the intensity not naturally possible, does it reduce the effectiveness of regular workouts? 2. A.Great questions, all of which I have positive answers for and good news for you. Emsculpt builds muscle mass and reduces fat as well as decreasing the waist. Just today I had a patient thank us for her Emsculpt treatments, saying that she could not be happier with her results. She not only sees great improvement in her muscle tone of her abs and buttocks, but was especially thrilled that she is able to work out much better, stronger, and longer while feeling much more powerful. Emsculpt actually enhances the effectiveness of your regular workouts. Think of Emsculpt as an added benefit workout, you can and should continue your regular workouts and your muscles will respond even better than before your Emsculpt because of the increased size and number of muscle fibers. Maintenance Emsculpt treatments are encouraged to continue building muscle, but even without any further treatments beyond the first 4 in the series, muscle continues to build over 12 months. I recommend that my patients have their first single complimentarymaintenance treatment atabout 6 weeks.
